IT Agile Governance connects to your Azure DevOps environment in read-only mode to analyze backlog structure, sprint data, traceability, and governance metadata. No work items are modified during standard healthchecks.
Microsoft Entra ID is the recommended path for Azure DevOps Services. PAT is supported as a controlled fallback where token-based access is required.
Recommended for Azure DevOps Services. Authenticate through your Microsoft identity provider for revocable enterprise access and reduced credential handling overhead.
For environments where token-based access is required. Use a narrowly scoped, read-only PAT and restrict it to the minimum required project access.
Your token is encrypted at rest, stored in a secure credential vault, hidden after submission, and can be revoked from Azure DevOps or from your IT Agile Governance workspace.
No write or admin permissions are requested or used in standard healthcheck flows.
